Team Member/Cashier

Job Summary:

We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic Team Members to join our Store (The game Palacio). As the face of the arcade, you will be responsible for assisting guests, operating and maintaining game machines, and ensuring an engaging and fun environment for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and guide them through the arcade experience.
• Assist customers with game operations, swipe cards, and ticket redemption.
• Provide basic troubleshooting for arcade games and report technical issues.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the game floor at all times.
• Promote ongoing offers, membership plans, or upcoming events.
• Maintain accurate records of game tokens, cards, and prize inventories.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
• Support team during busy hours, weekends, and special events.
• Monitor guest activity to ensure fair play and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a vibrant, gaming-friendly atmosphere.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
