Job Description

Team Manager for the VRM (Virtual Relationship Management) Channel requires an individual with strong leadership and management skills, as well as in-depth knowledge of phone banking, telesales, or virtual relationship banking. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Recruitment: Oversee recruitment processes, ensuring quality hires for the team. Lead, mentor, and provide guidance to the VRM team for effective tele-calling. Monitor and review performance against business goals, ensuring adherence to regulatory tele-calling guidelines. Sales & Performance Tracking: Ensure the team meets their targets and goals, driving sales and revenue generation. Track business delivery and performance, ensuring goals are met to earn incentives. Monitor the quality of engagement with clients, ensuring team members maintain high standards. Client Engagement & Relationship Building: Enhance engagement with High Net-Worth Individuals (HNI) customers through joint calls with Elite Bankers and support functions. Promote customer acquisition and retention strategies through proactive outreach. Business Delivery Coordination: Work closely with functional teams (Liabilities, Assets, Trade Forex, Wealth, Insurance, Credit Cards) to ensure smooth business delivery. Drive cross-selling and manage the Elite Banker portfolio, with a focus on improving product per client ratios. Digital & Process Adherence: Drive digital adoption within the team, ensuring the completion of campaigns, triggers, and client outreach tasks. Ensure team members adhere to all bank processes, policies, and quality service standards. Data-Driven Sales Plans: Develop and implement data-driven sales strategies to enhance the managed book portfolio's quality. Regularly engage with the team, providing training and performance reviews. Client Service & Compliance: Address client requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Ensure all sales activities are recorded and compliant with organizational processes and regulations. Talent Management & Retention: Attract and retain top talent for the team. Focus on managing team attrition and ensuring a high level of employee satisfaction and performance. Skills & Experience Required: 10 to 12 years of experience in phone banking, telesales, or virtual relationship banking. Strong leadership and team management skills. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business performance.
