Team Lead/Tech Specialist - Salesforce

As a highly experienced and motivated Salesforce TL/Tech Specialist at Techmatrix Consulting, you will be responsible for leading technical teams, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, and ensuring project success. Your deep Salesforce expertise, strong leadership skills, and proven track record of delivering successful Salesforce implementations will be key to your success in this role. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers, providing technical guidance and support. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices. - Design and implement robust and scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies. - Interact directly with clients to understand their needs, gather requirements, and present solutions. - Manage client expectations and ensure client satisfaction. - Mentor and train junior developers on Salesforce development best practices and technologies. - Elicit and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications and user stories. - Configure and customize Salesforce using declarative tools and programmatic solutions. - Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems. - Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure the quality of delivered solutions. - Manage the release process and implement CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. - Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards. - Contribute to project planning, execution, and tracking. - Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders. **Desired Skills:** - Proven experience implementing solutions using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC). - Proficient in Web Service Integration. - Experience with Heroku or Lightning Development (SFDC) is preferred. - Good to have Salesforce certifications. **Key Skills:** - SFDC configurations - Salesforce Apex - LWC (Lightning Web Components) - Integration **Qualifications:** - Preferred: BTech/BE/MCA/BCA/MSc IT/BSc IT - Good to have Salesforce certifications.
