ClinicGenNext, a leading hair and skin care clinic, is looking to hire a Team Leader (TL) to manage our telecalling sales team.

Job Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Leader who can lead, motivate, and manage a team of telecallers to generate leads and convert them into appointments/sales for our hair and skin care services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and guide a team of telecallers to meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Monitor calls and provide coaching to improve performance.
• Track team performance and maintain daily reports.
• Ensure quality communication with potential customers.
• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth customer service.
• Conduct regular team meetings and training sessions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Telecalling Team Leader or similar role.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Target-driven with a focus on achieving results.
• Basic knowledge of hair and skin treatments (preferred, not mandatory).
• Ability to train and motivate team members.
