Qualification: Graduation Experience: Minimum 2 years experience- Team handling Job Purpose: To manage a team of tele-callers to ensure quality met appointments are generated from various sources with an aim to increase the sales of the branch and positively contribute to achieve sales targets. Job Responsibility: 1. Recruit quality telemarketing executives. 2. Monitor Retention percentage on regular basis. 3. Ensure maximization of number of appointments per tele-caller.
