Job Title: Team Leader – Operations & Coordination Location: NAC Manimajra, Chandigarh (On-site Only) Salary: ₹40,000 – ₹45,000 (in-hand, per month) Working Days : Monday to Saturday Working Hours : 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM Job Overview: We are hiring a Team Leader to manage and mentor a team of calling executives and project coordinators . This is a supervisory role that requires strong leadership, task management, and reporting capabilities. You will play a key role in ensuring team productivity, client deliverables, and internal process alignment across departments. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide a team of callers and project coordinators Assign tasks, track performance, and ensure project deliverables are met on time Monitor team KPIs and maintain quality standards across internal operations Coordinate with multiple departments for smooth execution of incentive schemes Support in creating and reviewing Excel reports, client dashboards, and team updates Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of internal or client queries Conduct regular training, motivation, and feedback sessions with the team Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 2–5 years of team handling experience (preferably in BPO, operations, or backend support) Strong leadership, organizational, and team management skills Excellent verbal and written communication Working knowledge of Google Sheets or Excel (Pivot Tables, Formulas, Dashboards) Prior experience working in a KPO/BPO/Corporate operations setup is preferred Graduation in any stream is required To Apply : Call & WhatsApp: 9813431813 Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Leave encashment Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Application Question(s): What is your current salary?
