Job Description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. Design and architect scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications. Hands-on development using PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js, Node.js, MySQL, and PostgreSQL and other Javascript Frameworks. Oversee the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of applications using DevOps practices and tools like Docker. Identify and resolve technical challenges, and provide innovative solutions. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and QA engineers. Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability. Optimize application performance and scalability. Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities.
