Job Title: Team Leader - Outbound Sales (Digital Lending) Location: Gurgaon What you will do: Meet and exceed monthly loan disbursement targets consistently Managing a team of 20-30 executives, helps app users complete their loan process, boosting loan approvals. To lead an outbound sales team, focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality. Should be responsible for planning, assigning, and directing work. Set and monitor SLAs to improve efficiency, productivity, and user satisfaction. Motivate your team, fix challenges, and drive processes to achieve assigned targets Handle hiring/staffing needs by working with key stakeholders within timelines and budgets. Use data to spot trends, improve conversion rates, and make better decisions. Continuously improve operations to set high standards and provide useful insights. Who you are: Have a bachelors degree (MBA or advanced degree in Marketing or Sales is a bonus). Bring 4-8 years of experience, with at least 4 years in digital lending, especially unsecured loans. Should have good team handling skill and should be from Tele-sales background. Must have good hands-on Microsoft office tools, and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage Should be open to work in target-oriented environment Proven ability to lead successful teams and consistently hit monthly targets. Strong communication skills to engage and guide your team. Detail-focused and problem-solver who can act quickly and improve processes.
