Team Lead Web Designer

As a Team Lead - Web and App Designer, you will be leading a design team to develop cutting-edge web and mobile applications. With 5 to 8+ years of experience in web and app design, including at least 2 years in a leadership role, you will play a crucial part in creating high-quality, user-centric designs. Your role will involve collaborating with stakeholders, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the maintenance of design standards across all projects. Your responsibilities will include overseeing and guiding design projects, working closely with developers and clients to understand project requirements, and translating them into effective designs. You will utilize your UI/UX expertise to develop user-centered designs, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively convey interaction and design ideas. Additionally, you will stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to enhance our design processes continuously. To excel in this role, you should possess strong technical skills in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision. Your leadership abilities will be demonstrated through your project management skills and clear communication. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome design challenges are essential, along with a collaborative approach and strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in a team environment. A Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is required for this position. The work location for this role is in Indore, MP, with the working model being on-site.
