Urgently Hiring for Team Leader Roles and Responsibilities Experience Required in customer service inbond or Travel process Manage international processes for team leading, rostering, attrition control, shrinkage control, KPI monitoring, grievance handling, performance review, and metrics management. Ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreement) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators). Oversee escalation management and customer satisfaction ratings (CSAT). Develop strategies to reduce AHT (Average Handle Time) and improve overall team efficiency.
