Team Lead - Surgery quality

Job Description: You are currently working as a Team Lead/SME/Group Coordinator/Trainer/ATL with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Same day/Ambulatory/General surgery coding. You should have overall 7+ years of experience and hold a certification such as CCS, CPC, etc. Temporary WFH arrangement is available with the location being Chennai. South Indian candidates are preferred for this position. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team or group in Same day/Ambulatory/General surgery coding - Provide training and support to team members - Ensure accurate and timely coding of procedures - Collaborate with other departments for coding related queries Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Same day/Ambulatory/General surgery coding - Overall 7+ years of experience in the healthcare industry - Certification such as CCS, CPC, etc. - Location preference: Chennai - South Indian candidates preferred Additional Details: The company provides Provident Fund benefits for full-time employees.
