Team Lead, QA Automation

As a Team Lead, QA Automation at DoseSpot, a dynamic and innovative leader in the electronic prescribing software market, and its subsidiary, pVerify, you will play a crucial role in driving the automation testing strategy for software applications. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks, as well as supervising and leading a team of automation testers. You will provide technical guidance and performance feedback to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products. Your expertise will be essential in defining test strategies, mentoring QA engineers, and seamlessly integrating automated testing processes into the CI/CD pipeline. You will collaborate closely with development teams, participate in functional and technical discussions, and review product requirements to understand use case-based test scenarios. Additionally, you will develop test strategies, plans, and maintain test data while continuously monitoring, executing, and improving automated tests. You should bring to the table 8+ years of experience in QA roles with a focus on automation testing, proven experience in managing or mentoring QA teams, and hands-on experience with tools such as Selenium (Java), Playwright, Cucumber, and Gherkin. Proficiency in SQL, familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and experience with frameworks like Cucumber are also desired. Strong troubleshooting skills, ability to write test scripts using BDD or TDD, and familiarity with build automation tools like Maven and Jenkins will be beneficial. This role is primarily remote, with the requirement of consistent overlap with U.S. Eastern Time Zone working hours for key meetings and collaboration. While the position is initially fully remote, there may be future plans to transition to a hybrid work mode.
