Team Lead MS.Net

As a Team Lead Microsoft Technologies at Digital Business People (DBP) in Lucknow, India, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in product development on MS.Net and related technologies. Your role will involve developing software solutions or applications for customers, configuring off-the-shelf solutions to meet end users" needs, working with various development environments like .Net/REACT/SQL, and handling spatial datasets and data formats. You will collaborate with a highly skilled team while also being able to work independently. Key Responsibilities: - Lead a team of developers for product development on MS.Net and related technologies - Develop software solutions or applications for customers - Configure and tailor off-the-shelf solutions to suit end users" needs - Work with various development environments such as .Net/REACT/SQL - Work with spatial datasets and data formats - Collaborate effectively with a highly skilled team Qualifications Required: - Computer Science Degree or equivalent with relevant industry experience - 4-5 years of experience in C# and .NET Framework development - Proficiency in web application and web interface frameworks like JavaScript, jQuery, React JS, MVC, REST API, AJAX, JSON, HTML5, CSS - Experience in .NET Core, Entity Framework Core, SQL - Hands-on experience with AWS is an added advantage - Participation in at least 3-4 full project lifecycles - Experience in building highly scalable, high-performance, responsive web applications - Ability to perform full suite of project documentations from requirement to design and UAT stages - Effective communication and writing skills - Strong analytical skills and familiarity with release management and unit testing automation At DBP, we offer opportunities for professional growth, platforms to share creative ideas, a culture of learning and continuous improvement, and transparency with open discussions encouraged at all levels.
