Team Lead (MERN STACK)

As a highly skilled MERN Stack Developer with over 4 years of professional experience, you will be joining our dynamic team at Infowind Technologies. Your expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, Node.js, Express.js, NestJS, and modern front-end frameworks like Next.js will be crucial for designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance applications. Your hands-on experience with microservices, monolithic architectures, modular design patterns, and databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL will enable you to build scalable and efficient solutions. Additionally, your familiarity with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, authentication mechanisms like OAuth and JWT, and WebSockets is essential for this role. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable MERN stack applications, building robust microservices and monolithic applications, implementing secure authentication mechanisms, developing highly responsive Next.js applications, managing databases efficiently, deploying cloud-based applications, implementing CI/CD pipelines, working with Docker for application containerization, utilizing WebSockets for real-time communication features, collaborating with cross-functional teams using GitHub and Jira, and writing clean, maintainable, and testable code following best design patterns and software architecture principles. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, have a minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack, possess strong problem-solving skills, and be able to work in an agile environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills are also required. Your must-have skills should include proficiency in TypeScript and JavaScript, backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS, frontend development with Next.js, React, Redux Toolkit (RTK), and any UI framework (Ant Design, Material UI, Chakra UI), database management with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL, software architecture knowledge including microservices, monolithic, and modular design, cloud and DevOps experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, authentication and security expertise in SSO, OAuth, JWT, version control and project management using GitHub and Jira, real-time features with WebSockets, and familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Good-to-have skills for this role include experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, and Mocha, monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana, infrastructure management using CloudFormation and Kubernetes, communication protocols like GraphQL and gRPC, message brokers such as Kafka and RabbitMQ, as well as knowledge of React 19 and RTK Query.
