As a Team Lead in the Delivery stream at Beghou Consulting, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of Mainsail platform implementations across multiple modules or workstreams. Your responsibilities will include combining technical depth in front-end and data delivery with leadership skills to guide a team of developers, ensure delivery quality, and align work with client goals and platform architecture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical delivery for assigned Mainsail modules or integrated solution areas - Guide developers in building and configuring UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript - Review and approve SQL-based configurations and data integration logic - Participate in requirement gathering and technical design discussions with stakeholders - Own delivery timelines, scope alignment, and risk mitigation within the delivery pod - Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and ensure adherence to delivery standards - Liaise with functional consultants, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure cross-functional alignment - Drive reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices within the delivery team Qualifications Required: - Expert-level HTML, CSS with deep understanding of responsive UI patterns - Strong JavaScript skills for driving custom UI logic, interactivity, and client-specific workflows - Advanced SQL and ability to debug data logic across staging and reporting layers - Leadership and people management in a fast-paced delivery environment - Ability to understand and review service behavior in .NET applications, especially during issue triaging or sprint coordination - Ability to architect module-level solutions within the constraints of a configurable platform - Proactive communication and stakeholder handling - Structured mentoring of junior developers and analysts At Beghou Consulting, we believe in treating our employees with respect and appreciation, valuing their talents and abilities, and promoting a supportive, collaborative, and dynamic work environment.
