Team Lead - Life Sciences Commercial Operations Software Platform

In your role as a Team Lead in the Delivery stream at Beghou Consulting, you will oversee the execution of Mainsail platform implementations across multiple modules or workstreams. Your main responsibilities will include leading the technical delivery for assigned Mainsail modules or integrated solution areas, guiding developers in building and configuring UI using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, reviewing and approving SQL-based configurations and data integration logic, participating in requirement gathering and technical design discussions with stakeholders, owning delivery timelines, scope alignment, and risk mitigation within the delivery pod, performing code reviews, providing mentorship, and ensuring adherence to delivery standards, liaising with functional consultants, project managers, and engineering teams to ensure cross-functional alignment, and driving reusable patterns, documentation, and best practices within the delivery team.
