Role & responsibilities

Skill set required for Team lead :-

B.Tech/MCA with 8+ years of experience.
CTC- 16.02 lpa

Required Skillset-

2-3 years of hands on experience in development.
Ability to integrate the frontend (React) with the backend (Java Spring Boot) via
REST APIs
.
Familiarity with implementing authentication and authorization in both Java and Angular (using
JWT
,
OAuth2
,
Spring Security
, etc.).
Understanding of the full development lifecycle (from front-end to back-end to deployment) and integrating Java and Angular in a cohesive manner.
Ability to lead and manage a diverse team of different tech stack developers, guiding them in technical and career growth.
Clear and concise communication, both technical and non-technical, to work with team members and govt. clients.
