Team Lead Frontend (React.js)

As a Frontend Engineer at CodeChavo, you will be a key player in building world-class responsive web applications. Your responsibilities will include developing responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js and TypeScript. You will implement real-time features and messaging experiences using WebSockets / Socket.io. Collaborating closely with design and product teams, you will translate product requirements into scalable UI components. Leading by example, you will guide frontend architecture, conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a strong engineering culture. Taking ownership of end-to-end delivery, you will handle development, deployment, monitoring, and error tracking. Rapid prototyping and vibe-based coding will be your tools to deliver fast without compromising on code quality. Your contribution to project planning and estimation will be crucial as you collaborate cross-functionally to meet release timelines. Applying a strong sense of design and UI aesthetics, you will ensure polished, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of frontend development experience, preferably in SaaS or high-scale applications. Deep expertise in React.js, state management tools like Redux or Zustand, and real-time communication technologies is essential. Proficiency in modern frontend tooling, frontend security practices, Git workflows, and DSA foundation will be beneficial.
