Team Lead - Emerging Systems Engineer (AIML)

You are Navaera's AI Solutions Team Lead Engineer based in Vadodara, Gujarat. Navaera Software Services Pvt. Ltd. (NSS) is a part of Navaera Worldwide, LLC, offering software development and support services globally since 2014. As a key member of the research and engineering team, you will enhance and maintain artificial intelligence natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision solutions for financial services. Your responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying computer vision/NLP/Gen-AI services, leading and mentoring a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientists, collaborating with various stakeholders to integrate AI solutions, monitoring model performance and reliability, and contributing to the architecture and development of the data pipeline supporting machine learning. Ideal candidates possess experience in deep learning systems, PyTorch framework, visual/textual intelligence analysis, GPU-based computing, NVIDIA CUDA, and MLOps tools. Strong attention to detail, independence, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills are crucial. You should hold a bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or related field, with 4+ years in computer vision and machine learning, and 3+ years in developing machine learning systems, including leadership experience.
