Key Responsibilities
Creative Leadership:
Own and drive the tone, style, and creative direction of copy across digital, print, and video platforms.Strategic Storytelling:
Craft compelling narratives aligned with brand goals, campaigns, and audience insights.Campaign Development:
Collaborate with designers, art directors, and strategists to conceptualize integrated campaigns for top brands.Content Oversight:
Review, edit, and refine content pieces (ads, blogs, landing pages, social media, video scripts, pitch decks) ensuring high standards of clarity, creativity, and brand alignment.Mentorship:
Lead and mentor a team of copywriters and content creators, fostering growth and innovation.Client Collaboration:
Engage directly with clients to understand briefs, pitch creative concepts, and present copy-driven solutions.Trendspotting:
Stay on top of cultural, digital, and industry trends to infuse fresh ideas into campaigns.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong command over English with flair for persuasive and impactful storytelling.
- Proven track record of conceptualizing and delivering creative campaigns across multiple channels.
- Ability to adapt tone of voice across industries from tech and finance to lifestyle and FMCG.
- Understanding of SEO, performance marketing, and content strategy.
- Excellent collaboration skills with a creative-meets-strategic mindset.
- Leadership skills with experience managing and inspiring a content team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communication, Advertising, or related fields.
- 6+ years of experience in copywriting, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
- Agency background preferred.
