Team Lead / BIM Engineer MEP

You will be responsible for converting 2D drawings into 3D Revit modeling by understanding the electrical and mechanical design intents. Your key responsibilities will include: - Having a strong understanding of Buildings MEP design with a minimum of 3 years of Revit BIM modeling experience. - Possessing strong experience in Revit parametric Family creation. - Being a C4R experienced MEP modeler (BIM360 & A360) is preferred. - Collaborating with various disciplines and external parties to create BIM and subsequent drawings based off schematic drawings and models. - Coordinating and assisting Project Manager and BIM team in modeling and simulation of projects based off existing plans. - Assisting both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built document creation and maintenance. - Working side by side with teams in-house and external teams to complete BIM projects. - Assisting in the creation, maintenance, and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates, and content. - Following the QA/QC process. - Running clash detection and preparing clash reports. You should be a Graduate in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 2-5 years of relevant experience.,
