Team Lead- Backend( Java)

As a Java Lead at our fast-paced and growing team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust backend systems. Your role will involve mentoring developers and driving engineering excellence. Key responsibilities include: - Leading the development of high-performance, scalable, and secure backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture. - Designing and reviewing system architecture and software design documents. - Mentoring and guiding junior developers in coding practices and design patterns. - Collaborating with product managers, QA teams, and DevOps to deliver high-quality software. - Ensuring best practices in software engineering, code quality, and documentation. - Performing code reviews, unit testing, and integration testing. - Driving technical innovation and continuous improvement within the team. To qualify for this role, you should have: - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with expertise in Spring Boot, Hibernate, and Microservices. - Strong understanding of REST APIs, design patterns, and cloud-native application development. - Proven experience in leading or mentoring engineering teams. - Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving. - Proficiency with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
