Role Overview: As a Team Lead Art Director, you will be responsible for championing and enforcing strong design principles across all creative projects, overseeing projects from ideation to execution, and providing expert guidance in design tools. You will lead the integration of AI design tools, conduct skill assessments of designers, and participate in client scoping calls to analyze project requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Champion and enforce strong design principles across all creative projects, ensuring exceptional visual outcomes. - Oversee creative projects from ideation to execution, maintaining high standards while meeting client objectives. - Provide expert guidance in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging design tools, offering hands-on training to enhance team capabilities. - Lead the integration of AI design tools like Adobe Firefly to optimize workflow efficiency and creative output. - Conduct regular skill assessments of designers, providing constructive feedback on technical proficiency and design fundamentals. - Participate in client scoping calls to analyze project requirements and determine necessary design skills and tools. Qualifications: - Exceptional portfolio showcasing proficiency in various design disciplines and creative problem-solving capabilities. - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field; a Masters degree is an advantage. - At least 5 years of experience in a senior creative role within an advertising agency or design organization. - Proven ability to balance AI automation with maintaining design quality and brand integrity. - Outstanding communication and presentation abilities, with a talent for articulating design concepts to clients and stakeholders.,
