Team Lead Art Director

You have an urgent opening for the position of Team Lead Art Director in Hyderabad with a requirement of 5 years of experience and night shift timings. You will be responsible for championing and enforcing strong design principles across all creative projects. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing creative projects from ideation to execution, maintaining high standards and meeting client objectives. - Providing expert guidance in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and emerging design tools, and offering hands-on training to enhance team capabilities. - Leading the integration of AI design tools like Adobe Firefly to optimize workflow efficiency and creative output. - Conducting regular skill assessments of designers, providing constructive feedback on technical proficiency and design fundamentals. - Participating in client scoping calls to analyze project requirements and determine necessary design skills and tools. For qualifications, you should have an exceptional portfolio showcasing proficiency in various design disciplines and creative problem-solving capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is required, and a Master's degree is an advantage. Additionally, at least 5 years of experience in a senior creative role within an advertising agency or design organization is necessary. You should also have proven ability to balance AI automation with maintaining design quality and brand integrity, along with outstanding communication and presentation abilities to articulate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
