Roles and Responsibility

Manage and oversee the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with professional certifications such as CPA or CA preferred.
