To excel in this role, you should possess or be pursuing a degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Prior internship experience in HR, events, or people functions would be advantageous. Additionally, you should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Being based in Mumbai/Navi Mumbai and available to work on-site at the Vashi office is a requirement.
