Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Senior Horticulturist / Landscape Consultant to lead our landscaping projects across various sites. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing day-to-day landscape operations, plant selection, client interaction, and the execution of both softscape and hardscape works, including knowledge of modern irrigation systems such as drip irrigation. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day horticultural and landscape site operations Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and plant health Lead plant selection , placement strategy, and procurement in line with design intent and local climate conditions Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and material requirement plans for landscape works Supervise installation and maintenance of softscape (lawns, plants, trees, shrubs) and hardscape (paving, walls, decks, lighting, water features) Design and implement irrigation systems , particularly drip irrigation , ensuring efficient water use Coordinate with clients, architects, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution Guide and mentor on-site horticulture staff and junior team members Address and resolve client queries and provide post-installation care guidance Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, plant care, and landscape materials Proficient in drip and sprinkler irrigation systems Expertise in softscape and hardscape implementation Excellent estimation and budgeting skills Strong leadership, communication, and client-handling capabilities Ability to interpret landscape design drawings and coordinate with design teams Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Horticulture / Agriculture / Landscape Architecture or related field Minimum 8+ years of professional experience in landscape execution and consultancy Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office , and project management tools is an added advantage Experience working with real estate developers, government projects, or commercial landscaping preferred Proficiency in regional languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Kannada and Tamil is highly desirable for effective on-site communication and team coordination Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience + Travel allowance + Performance incentives

Position Summary: As a Supervisor within our Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Execution team, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the daily activities related to inventory management, warehousing, and order fulfillment. You will be responsible for ensuring that operational tasks are performed efficiently, accurately, and in strict adherence to established processes, procedures, and safety regulations. While working within a structured administrative stream, you will guide and support frontline colleagues, manage day-to-day challenges, and contribute to maintaining high standards of operational excellence in a dynamic warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities: Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the execution of daily inventory, warehouse, and fulfillment activities, ensuring tasks like receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatch are completed according to schedule and standards. Team Guidance: Provide clear instructions, guidance, and support to frontline colleagues, ensuring they understand and follow well-defined processes and procedures for specific tasks. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to established quality standards and SOPs in all operational activities. Problem Solving: Address and resolve routine operational issues or discrepancies, escalating non-routine or complex problems to higher-level colleagues or management as needed. Compliance & Safety: Ensure all team activities comply with internal policies, safety regulations (HSE), and relevant external standards. Promote a safe working environment. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of operational activities and contribute to basic reports on team performance and daily output. Training Support: Assist in providing short explanations and simple instructions for new knowledge acquisition, supporting the on-the-job training of colleagues. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for minor process improvements within defined routines and communicate suggestions to management. Qualifications: Proven experience in a logistics, warehouse, or fulfillment environment, with a demonstrated understanding of operational routines and methods. Experience in a role requiring adherence to well-defined processes and procedures. Ability to follow instructions meticulously and ensure compliance with established standards. Basic problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and escalate issues effectively. Good communication skills to clearly convey instructions and provide feedback to team members. A strong commitment to safety and operational excellence. Ability to work effectively under supervision and as part of a team.
