Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the IT, ERP, SaaS, or software industry . Proven experience in selling to the US market strong understanding of US business culture and client expectations. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills . Proficiency in CRM tools and basic sales automation tools. Ability to understand technical concepts and explain software solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Self-starter, highly motivated, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in ERP product sales is highly desirable.
