Team Associate – Operations & Shoots

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and committed individual to join our team at our boutique in Kochi. This role involves hands-on coordination, video shoots, and planning to support the overall growth of the boutique.

Key Responsibilities:

• Shoot daily videos on phone for products, models, and other creative purposes.
• Plan and execute video content ideas regularly.
• Coordinate seamlessly with the marketing team and in-house team.
• Oversee day-to-day operations related to shoots, schedules, and content execution.
• Contribute actively to the growth and smooth functioning of the boutique.

Requirements:

• Highly proactive, interactive, and committed to work.
• Smart, responsible, and able to take ownership of tasks.
• Basic understanding of video shooting and simple editing.
• Good coordination and planning skills.

Location: Kochi
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month
