In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by: - Designing and evolving scalable, secure, and maintainable backend architectures. - Defining and enforcing architectural standards and best practices. - Leading the adoption of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines. - Providing hands-on guidance in backend development using C#, .NET Core, and RESTful APIs. - Overseeing frontend integration using Angular and TypeScript. - Ensuring effective containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes. - Mentoring and guiding developers to ensure high-quality code and design reviews. - Collaborating with Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and QA to deliver features on time. - Fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and accountability. - Engaging with business partners to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. - Presenting architectural proposals, technical roadmaps, and progress updates to leadership and clients. - Preparing and delivering technical documentation, proposals, and solution blueprints. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on backend systems. - Proven experience in microservices architecture, C#/.NET Core, and REST API development. - Proficiency in Angular, TypeScript, and modern frontend practices. - Strong understanding of CI/CD and DevOps practices. - Excellent communication, leadership, and partner management skills. - Experience in writing technical proposals and architectural documentation. - Familiarity with event-driven architectures and message brokers. - Good to Have: Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure. - Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes. - Certifications in cloud technologies or architecture.
