Description
As an Agile Coach at UST, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring multiple teams simultaneously to drive them towards maturity. Your role will involve embodying agile principles, embedding best practices, measuring and improving agile maturity, and identifying and overcoming obstacles. You will provide one-on-one and team coaching on ceremonies, artifacts, processes, and practices. Your primary outcomes will include effectively coaching teams to adopt an iterative and incremental approach to delivering TTM and MVP products. You will create visibility into the need for continuous inspection and adaptation in the development of products and processes. As a strong change agent, you will influence mindsets and behaviors, including those of senior leaders. Your role will involve coaching and supporting teams to adjust to and embrace changes in their way of working and embedding Agile principles across the organization. Additionally, you will apply innovative and creative thinking to solve problems and drive results. Measures of success in this role will include customer satisfaction, growth at client accounts, UST brand presence in the market, professional development and learning, and more. As an Agile Coach, you will be expected to act as a change agent by mentoring individual team members, team managers, directors, and practice leaders. You will adopt an organizational change management framework, facilitate the definition of communities of practices, and promote continuous improvement practices. Your responsibilities will also include facilitating the creation of product visions, enabling teams to comprehend their mission and deliver on key performance indicators, and engaging with stakeholders effectively. You will work with other agile coaches to collaborate, share best practices, and recommend practices for scaling Agile methodology. Your role will also involve providing continuous feedback on the client's operating model and practices based on prior experience and observations. Key skills for success in this role include the ability to contrast an Agile mindset with a non-Agile mindset, proficiency in Lean Thinking, coaching stance, facilitation skills, presentation of Agile concepts, feedback provision, understanding of team challenges, prioritization techniques, and more. You should also possess strong knowledge of coaching techniques, setting learning objectives, scaling challenges, and visualizing dependencies between teams. UST is seeking an experienced Agile Consultant with over 10 years of expertise to lead Agile transformations, coach teams, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge of Agile methodologies, strong leadership skills, and the ability to adapt best practices in diverse environments. This full-time role requires a senior-level candidate with a Bachelors degree in a related field, at least 10 years of experience in Agile coaching or consulting, extensive knowledge of Agile frameworks, and certification in Agile methodologies.
