Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Team Advisor to supervise, guide, and support a team to achieve daily goals and maintain high performance standards. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to motivate and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and monitor the daily activities of the team to ensure productivity and quality targets are met.
Act as the first point of contact for team queries and provide support to resolve issues promptly.
Conduct regular team meetings, briefings, and training sessions to maintain motivation and keep the team updated.
Assist in onboarding and training new team members.
Monitor individual and team performance and provide constructive feedback.
Report team progress and performance metrics to senior management.
Handle customer escalations or complaints when necessary (if applicable).
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed by all team members.
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
