Job Title: Backpack Merchandiser Location: Gurgaon Experience Required: 2–5 years (in Backpack Manufacturing or Designing) Industry: Bags / Accessories / Fashion Merchandising Job Description: We are looking for a Backpack Merchandiser with hands-on experience in backpack manufacturing or designing to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of product development, material sourcing, and production coordination, ensuring timely delivery and quality of finished products. Responsibilities: Coordinate with design and production teams to develop new backpack collections. Manage end-to-end merchandising process — from sampling to bulk production. Work closely with suppliers and vendors for material sourcing and quality checks. Analyze market trends and provide insights on design improvements. Ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of products. Maintain product specifications, pricing sheets, and production timelines. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in backpack manufacturing or design merchandising. Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and backpack construction techniques. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
