We are looking for a Robotics Trainer cum Sales Executive/Manager to join our team. This role involves conducting engaging robotics and STEM training sessions in schools, assisting in lab setups, guiding students in practical projects, and promoting/selling educational products to schools. Key Responsibilities: Training & Technical (60%): - Conduct engaging robotics and STEM training sessions in schools. - Assist in ATL/Robotics lab setups and demonstrate kit usage. - Guide school students in practical projects, competitions, and innovation challenges. Sales & Outreach (40%): - Visit schools and educational institutions to promote Intechrobo's offerings. - Maintain relations with principals, coordinators, and teachers. - Achieve sales targets and help expand our school network across districts. Required Skills: - Strong knowledge of Arduino, basic electronics, sensors, and robotics. - Good communication skills (Hindi + English preferred). - Passion for teaching/training school students (Class 6-12). - Basic marketing/sales mindset to pitch kits and solutions effectively. - Willingness to travel to schools (mostly day visits, local or regional).
