Chitkara University is seeking to hire Assistant Professors for its Chitkara Business School at Rajpura Campus. There are a total of 6 vacancies available, with 3 positions in Marketing and 3 positions in Finance. The ideal candidates should have the following educational qualifications: - Graduation: BBA/B.Com (depending on the subject specialization) - Post-Graduation: MBA/M.Com (depending on the subject specialization) - Ph.D. in Marketing/Finance (based on the subject specialization) It is important to note that only Ph.D. specializations in Marketing or Finance will be considered for this position. The selected candidates will be responsible for various roles and responsibilities, including but not limited to: - Developing and implementing innovative instructional methods - Creating professional logistics to enhance student performance - Guiding, leading, and mentoring students in research projects - Evaluating, monitoring, and mentoring student academic progress - Designing and executing career-enhancement programs and activities - Supervising and supporting teaching assistants - Participating in departmental and college activities - Serving on departmental committees and supporting functional activities - Assessing, reviewing, and evaluating student activities and progress Applicants are required to submit a complete application package, which should include a cover letter, current curriculum vitae, and official transcripts of all graduate-level courses.
