You will be responsible for running the IELTS Centre, designing the IELTS teaching program, conducting lectures and exams, and offering guidance and feedback to students to improve their English skills. The ideal candidate should possess a strong passion for teaching, be driven to support students in advancing their careers, and be focused on achieving results. Your duties will include teaching IELTS and spoken English to students, creating teaching plans for the IELTS Program, managing the classroom, preparing lessons, developing and administering tests and exercises, grading assignments, and maintaining student records and attendance. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Graduation or Post Graduation degree in any field, have at least 1 year of experience in IELTS teaching, demonstrate a good understanding of the IELTS system and exams, and preferably possess a teaching certificate. You should be results-oriented, capable of working well under pressure, have excellent proficiency in spoken and written English and the local language, possess strong presentation and teaching skills, and be able to communicate effectively with students and individuals from diverse backgrounds.
