Teaching Faculty

We are seeking dedicated and qualified teaching professionals to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, developing course materials, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic and extracurricular growth of the institution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree / Ph.D. in the relevant subject from a recognized university (as per UGC/AICTE norms).
• Prior teaching experience at the college/university level is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and conduct practical sessions as per the curriculum.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Evaluate student performance through examinations, assignments, and projects.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.
• Engage in curriculum development and continuous improvement of teaching methods.
• Support institutional and departmental initiatives and outreach programs.
• Conduct or support academic research and publications (if applicable).

• Operations and Strategic Management
• Corporate Accounting and Auditing

• Management Accounting
• Quantitative Aptitude- Business Maths, Logical Reasoning, Statistics

Skills Required

• Strong subject knowledge and passion for teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use modern teaching tools and technologies (LMS, PPT, online platforms).

• Time management and organizational abilities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,522.16 - ₹58,374.33 per month
