Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Teaching Faculty at Trinity Institute of Medical Education and Research (TIMER) located in Palghat District. The Teaching Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering educational content, conducting lectures, guiding and mentoring students, preparing assessments, and staying updated with the latest advancements in the medical field. Additional responsibilities include participating in academic research, attending faculty meetings, and contributing to curriculum development.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and delivering educational content and conducting lectures using PC, smart boards and AV systems
• Skills in guiding, mentoring, and assessing students
• Advanced knowledge of current nursing, medical advancements and research
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam desirable
• Ability to work collaboratively with students, other faculty and staff members
• Master's degree level qualifications from a recognized institution in a relevant medical or nursing or Optical or Optometry or healthcare administration
• Prior teaching experience in a medical, nursing, Optometry, paramedical or clinical educational institution is preferred
