Role Overview

We’re looking for a motivated Mathematics Teaching Assistant to support our lead faculty in delivering high-quality instruction to students (classes 8–12, including JEE foundation). You’ll play a key role in helping students strengthen concepts, solve doubts, and stay on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist lead teacher in conducting sessions (offline & occasionally online)
• Solve student doubts during and after sessions
• Support in preparing and correcting tests, assignments, and content
• Track student progress and help with study planning
• Conduct revision or remedial classes when needed
• Maintain discipline and foster a motivating environment

Who You Are

• A graduate or undergraduate with strong math fundamentals
• Passionate about teaching and working with students
• Comfortable in a support role — explaining concepts clearly and patiently
• Good with technology — WhatsApp, Google Sheets, basic digital tools
• Bonus if you’ve taught before or cracked exams like JEE / Boards with distinction
