Teaching Assistant / Teaching Associate

GLA University, Mathura is hiring a passionate, hardworking and dedicated individuals to join our team Teaching Assistant .The successful candidate will work closely with classroom teachers to support instruction, engage students in their learning, and provide additional assistance to ensure every child thrives.

. B.Tech (CSE) & MCA – Candidates who have graduated in First Division in B.Tech Computer Science or MCA will be considered for the Teaching Assistant position, with a salary range of ₹52,000–₹55,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Professors in delivering engaging lessons and classroom activities (Practical labs, lectures).
• Support individual students and small groups with academic tasks.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Prepare materials, resources, and classroom displays.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as grading, attendance, and record keeping.

Selection Process:

· Mode: Face-to-face interview. Candidates have to visit GLA University, Mathura for the selection process.

· Step 1: Written Test – MCQs covering various programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, DBMS) along with program writing.

· Step 2: Personal Interview with the Honourable Vice-Chancellor and Dean of the Computer Science & Engineering Department.

The final salary will be determined after both rounds, and results will be announced on the same day.
