Teaching Assistant

As a Teaching Assistant (TA) for the Full Stack Development (FSD) Offline Program, you will be responsible for supporting learners throughout their educational journey. Your role will involve facilitating doubt-clearing sessions, organizing practice exercises, monitoring learner progress, and creating a positive learning environment in collaboration with instructors. You will conduct doubt-clearing sessions to help learners understand key FSD concepts, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Redux, databases, backend development, and cloud deployment. Additionally, you will organize practice exercises and coding challenges to reinforce learning and improve problem-solving skills. By tracking learner progress and providing personalized support, you will assist them in overcoming technical and conceptual difficulties. Collaborating with instructors, you will ensure that learners meet predefined milestones such as Web Developer, Frontend Developer, Backend Developer, and Full-Stack Developer checkpoints. Analyzing student performance through assessments and projects will help identify knowledge gaps and guide learners towards real-world problem-solving skills. You will also encourage students to build their project portfolio to showcase their technical abilities effectively. In terms of batch management and coordination, you will maintain attendance records, performance metrics, and progress reports. By working closely with academic and operations teams, you will ensure seamless batch execution. Addressing day-to-day operational issues and providing constructive feedback for curriculum enhancement will be part of your responsibilities. The required qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience. Strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Git, React, Redux, MySQL, MongoDB, Node.js, Express, and Next.js are essential. Hands-on experience in building and deploying full-stack applications, along with problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities, are also necessary. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in teaching or mentoring students, deploying applications using cloud services, version control using GitHub, knowledge of data structures and algorithms, and experience in conducting hackathons or coding workshops. Your passion for guiding, mentoring, and supporting learners, coupled with your collaborative nature and strong time management skills, will contribute to the success of the program.,
