Job Description

About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Teaching Assistant (TA) to support the smooth delivery of academic programs and coordinate day-to-day operational activities across our Hyderabad and Noida centers. The ideal candidate will assist in managing live and onsite sessions, coordinate with faculty and students, support classroom logistics, and provide basic administrative and admissions-related assistance.

Key Responsibilities:Academic & Classroom Support:

  • Coordinate and facilitate live and onsite classes to ensure smooth session delivery.
  • Support faculty and trainers with classroom setup, attendance tracking, and material distribution.
  • Manage student queries, schedules, and session-related communication.
  • Ensure proper technical setup for online sessions (Zoom/Google Meet) and provide real-time support during classes.

Operations & Administration:

  • Maintain course calendars, attendance logs, and student performance records.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for classroom readiness, equipment, and logistics.
  • Assist with center administration including scheduling, reporting, and document management.
  • Provide operational support for programs

Admissions & Student Support:

  • Support the Admissions Team with student onboarding, document collection, and data entry.
  • Assist in responding to admission-related queries from prospective students.
  • Coordinate between students, faculty, and the admissions team for smooth transition into classes. Key Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong coordination and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and handle operational challenges independently
  • Prior experience in an academic or training operations environment preferred

Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (preferred: Education, Business, or Administration background)
  • 1–2 years of experience in academic coordination, operations, or administrative support roles

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,918.80 - ₹35,133.60 per month
