Position: Teaching Assistant / PA

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and goal-oriented Teaching Assistant or Lab Instructor to join our dynamic team. Preferably male candidate.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching Assistant Duties:
• Support the lead teacher in planning and delivering lessons.

Personal Assistant Duties:

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meetings.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Organize files, documents, and reports.
• Coordinate communication between staff, students, and parents.
• Assist with event planning and logistics.
• Perform general administrative tasks as required.
• Assist students individually or in small groups to reinforce learning.
• Prepare and organize classroom materials and resources.
• Monitor student behavior and provide feedback.
• Help with grading assignments and maintaining student records.
• Supervise students during breaks, field trips, or other activities.

• BE - Any stream

Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in handling rejections.
• Time management and multitasking capabilities.
