The Assistant Teacher at TWS supports lead teachers in creating an inclusive and nurturing classroom environment, particularly for neurodivergent children, by helping prepare materials, adapting activities for individual learning needs, and providing one-on-one support during lessons and school activities. Working Monday to Saturday from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with two Saturdays as working days, the role involves supervising students, reinforcing concepts through small group interactions, collaborating with educators and parents to implement accommodations, and maintaining discipline with empathy and care. Candidates should demonstrate patience, a positive attitude, and a collaborative spirit, and will receive a monthly salary ranging from ₹8,000 to ₹12,000 along with training in inclusive teaching methods to better support the diverse student body.
