Teacher - Preschool

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where young children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically during their formative years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote overall child development.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning.
• Monitor and document each child’s progress and development, maintaining regular communication with parents.
• Create a structured routine that supports learning through play, storytelling, art, music, and physical activities.
• Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistency in educational goals and child care practices.
• Address the emotional and developmental needs of each child with patience and care.
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share feedback on a regular basis.
• Comply with school policies, safety procedures, and licensing regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
• Prior experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
