We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe environment where young children can thrive socially, emotionally, and academically during their formative years. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities that promote overall child development. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and learning. Monitor and document each child’s progress and development, maintaining regular communication with parents. Create a structured routine that supports learning through play, storytelling, art, music, and physical activities. Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and organized at all times. Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure consistency in educational goals and child care practices. Address the emotional and developmental needs of each child with patience and care. Conduct parent-teacher meetings and share feedback on a regular basis. Comply with school policies, safety procedures, and licensing regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Prior experience working with preschool-aged children is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Work Timings: 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
