We are seeking a passionate, caring, and energetic female teacher to become a valuable member of our team and guide our youngest learners from Play Group to UKG. As a potential candidate, you should hold a minimum qualification of a Graduate degree in any stream. Preference will be given to candidates with additional certifications such as B.Ed., NTT, or Montessori Training. While a minimum of 1 year of teaching experience in pre-primary or early childhood education is desired, we also welcome freshers who possess a strong passion for teaching. Essential skills for this role include excellent communication abilities in both English and Hindi, proficiency in creative teaching techniques involving storytelling, rhymes, and engaging activities, effective classroom management, and adept child handling skills. The ideal candidate should be capable of fostering a joyful and stimulating learning environment. Your key responsibilities will involve conducting interactive and captivating classes for early years students, devising innovative activities, crafts, and games to support holistic development, ensuring a safe and positive learning atmosphere, and maintaining open communication with parents regarding student progress.
