Teacher for Pre-School

As an Early Years Educator at Toybox Daycare in Ashoka University, you will have the opportunity to work with young children in a warm, inclusive, and progressive early years team. Toybox Centers are dedicated to providing high-quality education and care through a play-based, child-centric approach that fosters curiosity, creativity, and holistic development in young learners. Your role as an Early Years Educator will involve working closely with the Program Leader to plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities, create a safe and inclusive learning environment, support children's developmental needs across emotional, physical, cognitive, and social domains, build strong relationships with children and their families, uphold Toybox's child-centric philosophy and values, and collaborate with fellow educators to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate for this position is someone who genuinely enjoys working with young children, possesses a warm, nurturing, and patient personality, has a good command over English (spoken and written), knowledge of early childhood education and play-based methods, 2-3 years of experience in a preschool/daycare setting, is open to learning, feedback, and teamwork, and holds a minimum qualification of a Bachelor's in Education with a Diploma or Master's in Early Childhood/Care/NTT preferred.
