TEA MASTER

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Tea and Snacks Maker to prepare a variety of traditional teas, coffees, and light snacks for our customers. The ideal candidate should have experience in making South Indian/Kerala-style tea, coffee, and snacks, maintaining taste consistency, cleanliness, and speed of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare different types of tea and coffee (including Kerala special chaya, lemon tea, ginger tea, etc.) as per restaurant standards.
• Cook and serve light snacks such as pazhampori, vada, parippu vada, samosa, cutlet etc.
• Maintain consistency in taste, quality, and presentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area at all times.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards as per restaurant policy.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a tea/coffee maker or snacks maker in a restaurant or tea shop.
• Knowledge of Kerala/South Indian style snacks and beverages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
• Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant, hotel, or tea shop.
• Ability to introduce new varieties of snacks and beverages.
• Strong customer service mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
