The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field, or be an Inter CA, with 3-6 years of experience in a manufacturing firm. Additionally, the candidate should be able to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals, and should be fluent in using the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). The candidate must possess strong interpersonal skills and a strong business acumen to excel in this role.,
